Sammi Cheng Touch Mi World Tour

Guess what. One more tick to my bucket list, I have watched Sammi Cheng's concert! I started listening to her songs when I was 13 14, it's already for more than 10 years. I always wish to watch her concert at 红馆 in Hong Kong. I missed the chance in December 2014 when she had her concert in HK.

Sekali I received a notification email saying Sammi was going to have a concert in Genting. It was quite near to the concert date already when I knew. I see no reason to not go. She had two days concert in Genting. Saturday was full, so I have to go to the Friday's.

It didn't took me more than half day to consider. Oh man, now or never. lol

I was surprised to see there was no Sammi merchandise selling, none! They only sell the light stick which doesn't even have any words printed, and some other stuffs that are totally Sammi unrelated. Quite disappointed, I thought I can bring something home.

Since there was nothing related to Sammi but the photo booth, seriously, that place was like totally no feel. That moment I was not even exciting.

So bored that I have to enter the concert hall 1 hour plus earlier =.= Nothing else I can do but to wait the concert starts.

When the concert was about to begin, then the concert atmosphere kicks in. The stage doesn't look that impressive at first, but damn when the lights were off, then I knew what the things on the stage are for.

Sound effect and the lighting are impressive. It's the laser light. Those really creates a great atmosphere.

Her costumers are always pattern much and cool!

 Beautiful, aint it!?

 Guest of the night.
Not sure who he is but apparently he has the same name as Sammi's husband and he sings good! I guess some people thought it was Sammi's 安仔 at first。

The concert ended, lights were on and FEW announcements saying we can leave the place, doors were open, Sammi's transport were there waiting already. People started to leave but there are still fans who are yelling "ENCORE ENCORE..."

I wished Sammi can come out and sing one more song again, few minutes later, Sammi came out and sang one more song! OH THAT FEELING! The feeling like when you wish to kena 4D again and you really got it! haha that 甘愿 feeling. Can you feel me!!??

She looks good in any hairstyle. long, short, agogo's hair, etc.

It was really a great show. Even someone who doesn't really know her or listen to her said that Sammi's concert is better than GEM's. Both of the concerts actually has didn't kind of atmosphere. Sammi's you can really see the effort no matter the dancers, costumes, musics and the lighting etc.

I had a good seat actually, it's quite in the middle and it's not far. Sammi is humorous and what I like about her concerts are the way she talk and the way she communicates with the audiences is really good and she's funny. I don't know how to describe but I watched her concert dvds, she always has a good speech.

I wished I can watch her next show in Hong Kong. When her show is quite good in Genting, I believe her shows in Hong Kong gonna be much more awesome. I did watched some clips on youtube for her HK concert, wah....speechless. The shows were so great and she invited a lot of different guests on different days.

OK, this may be a bored post if you're not a fan of Sammi's. haha I shall stop here.

Till next time and watch this vid you can see how great was the show. A bit shaky because I was too excited.

Short Getaway to KL- GEM 邓紫棋 XXX world tour.

Hello Hello Darlings! Chinese New Year is coming, so 恭喜发大财! My CNY is rather special this year because I'll be travelling to Singapore on CNY Day 1 for few days.

Few weeks ago, I went for a short getaway to KL, Malaysia, as I got a sponsored ticket from a lucky draw. So it's a good chance for me to stock up my cosmetics and had a meet up for a business discussion. This trip is pretty rush, I have to settle everything in that 3D2N trip, as it's so hard to travel abroad now because....working lifeeeeee. *BOO*

My shopping was quite rush too. I have to appreciate time and not stay too long at a shop. So there were times that I just hantam grab the no-trying-outfits, and the end of the day I realised I got few clothes which have a similar design =.=

Since I was in KL, so why not watch the GEM's XXX concert!? Although I'm not a big fan, but she's a talented woman whose concert is worth to watch la. And me no regret, because the show was awesome, the songs were good, the effect was good. But I believe it would be better if it's in another country, like Hong Kong. In Malaysia, the resources are quite limited.

Happy to see Hannah again. and also some of my classmates and tutors in the make up academy.  But due to the limited time, didn't have too much time to spend with them.

I got myself a GEM shirt.

 The crowd

She spoke too much Chinese. She asked if we speak Cantonese, the audience said Yes, then she spoke Canto. After she sang a Chinese song, she spoke Chinese again. Because she was famous in China, and a lot of shows she spoke Chinese, and maybe this caused her habit.

Cantonese is so much nicer lo. Hong Kong artist wa, should speak Cantonese.
Anyway, the show was still great.

The next day, I had breakfast with the two Bruneian guys, at this famous Teo Chew Porridge restaurant.
Located near Times Square, KL. You can ask around, the people know it well!

The pork was so good.

It's not my first time dining in porridge restaurant in Malaysia. Actually M'sia has a lot of porridge restaurant which is yummilicious.
Brunei should have one eh, so good for supper and breakfast.

Lit How went for a tattoo. Actually, we planned to do it together. I asked my mom if she mind, I don't want to see her cry after I got inked, which gonna make me feel guilty. So she's fine with it.
What about my dad? I guess he's fine with it, I didn't have the guts to ask him LOL. Why I think he's fine with it because he asked me few years ago if I wanna get inked. I was like "No way! so painful!"

Then recently, I just feel like I wanna get one. Just a small one. So I'll get it only when I'm fully ready. Oh man, this is gonna be permanent, I have to think twice, trice and frice.

In M'sia must have happy hour right? haha
This very nice place named Why Not at Changkat. Actually it's like usual bar la, but it looks super nice in this pic.

The Dick is very good in researching places to go, or maybe he's just good in researching hotels, I'm not very sure LOL So we went to visit this creative boutique hotel. It's owned by an artistic couple, they studied arts and created this hotel. I always like creative people, they always make something usual become very interesting. The wall is created by colour cups.

Welcome to WOLO.

The washroom is very cozy, I think I can have a good sleep inside.

This is the washroom label. Actually I don't really get it.
The Dick was talking about penis but I guess it could be Foods that goes in, must come out as a poo.
So what it means?

 The cigar section.

This place is really artistic that made us kept taking pictures here and there.

Trying hard to selfie when he said "My turn!" He's obsessed with his new ink.

Sometimes life is too mainstream you just need to be 38 a bit.

I know some people are gonna comment this, this is my space anyway.
but....I look chio in that angle ^^

The receptionist treated us some WOLO refreshing drinks. He knew we were tired from taking pictures. haha

My fav photo of the trip.

Watch the vlog of my trip with some GEM scenes:

Till next post. Smooooch! ^^

Beach Life Palette from em cosmetics

*high tone* Ahhhh~~~ I got this a lot of girls' dream palette, EM cosmetics created by Michelle Phan. Because you can't get it anywhere except for New York, that's why it's a dream palette lol. I'm lucky enough to have a New York friend, Mdm Evon, to bring this for me.

When I bought this, they don't accept any credit cards from other countries. But after that, they accept cards from few countries, but not Brunei's yet. However, you still need to collect your orders from New York. Michelle said they are working on it to ship their products internationally. Looking forward!

I wanted to order more, like the concealer which they named it "The Great Cover Up" that can cover up anything, even a black marker pen mark; their 2-in-1 highlight and contour stick; all their Life palette, etc. Basically, I wish I can get all of them! Their products are too creative and innovative and pretty! Oh, I said, I wanted to order more but I'm afraid in case I choose the wrong tone/colour for concealer, highlight, etc.

I got the Beach Life Palette

 The cover.

A life palette consists of 4 sets of.....themes. Each theme has 6 eye shadows, 2 lip colour and 1 cheek shade. With a total of 24 eye shadows, 8 lip colors and 4 cheek shades in a palette, it costs USD75 with a free travel palette (next picture).

Each "button" has a magnet and they can be transferred to a mini travel palette for your convenience to bring out. You can even mix and match with other themes to create your own set.
This palette includes a tool and a 2 way brush.

Ok, so how's this palette? The cheek shades are pigmented, the lip colors are just nice, eyes shadows are pigmented for some, may be the others are meant to be not very pigmented as they blend well together.

What's not good about it, is it doesn't have space for me to get the blush colour, the powder may fall into the lip or other eye shadows.

But overall, it's still good ^^ They have nice colours anyway. Some of you may wonder because you never heard of this brand. Yes, it's a new brand launched in August 2013. How do I know about this brand and look like I'm crazy about it because the founder of this brand is my idol, Michelle Phan! She's a sweet lady, creative with great mind and I wish to be a successful make-up artist like her (dream is good okay). Inspired by her, yes :)

Wish I can go New York one day to visit her store. Better if I can meet her :)

DK in KL

Dickson was clearing his leaves and he was in KL for few days. So I also became a tourist with him that few days.

Yeng mou?

The best sweet potato balls ever in Fung Lye restaurant.

We visited Ikea. Ikea here is awesomely big with variety nicely creatively designed furniture and stuffs which we only can see and cannot buy =.= boo! May be we can, with additional shipping fees to Brunei, but I didn't ask. nah...

My favorite season all time, the Christmas! Everywhere is decorated to boost the Christmas holiday feel.

We went to Sunway Lagoon! Ticket is quite expensive RM120 for so little rides.

World War Z is a zombie house. You walk all the way and zombie will jump out and scare you. This is the scariest "ride" for me among all. I hate being scared suddenly but just to accompany D. When the staff said it took 30-45 minutes, I was like :O and heart starts beating so crazily.
I hold D's arm so tight, I didn't even want to open my eyes, I looked on the floor all the way with squeezy eyes, kept telling myself they are all human and damn it, my hands were still sweating, heart beating fast and I almost cried, I didn't even care if his arm hurts. The happiest moment was when D said "Finish already." Ahhh~ relieved. Seriously, this kind of thing is not for me although I know they are fake but I'm still scared like what. One of the zombie saw I was scared and kept following and making annoying zombie sound. x.x

I rather ride the world longest roller coaster!

That big arse!

Vuvuzela was awesome! I'm a coward for dry thrills like roller coaster, giant drop etc. But a brave exciting lady when it comes to wet rides! I played this twice and wanna play more but we have to walk up the long stairs, lazy lah.

It's not even scary or that exciting as I expected. But still fun!

A magician approached us and did some amazing tricks. He drew a blue dot on my palm, asked me to close, then asked D to open his hand, and.....when the f*ck he touched D's hand and made a blue dot there!?
D said he also didn't feel the magician touched his palm or something. Amazing!

Decorations at Pavilion.

A drink and we chatted all night.

I wanna tell you that...Avicii concert was

AWESOME!

Will show you guys more pics soon. tata~
