Something you may not know while on the plane

I've been travelling a lot recently to visit friends and attend weddings. December, a good month for weddings huh.

There's something I guess most of you/the people don't know. I see people unfasten their seat belt when the seat belt sign is off, or when the sign is not even off, people think it's OK to unfasten. In fact, it's not OK at all, you have to fasten your seat belt throughout your journey.

Turbulence can be detected or predicted. Pilots would on the seat belt sign to inform the passengers to fasten their seat belt.

What can't be predicted or detected? Air pocket, also known as air hole.

Definition from the web:
a localized region of low air density or a descending air current, causing an aircraft to suffer an abrupt decrease in height.

Get it get it? It's like a hole. When there's an air pocket, the airplane drops until there's a higher air density. Sometimes few air pocket occurs in an area, so the airplane drops and becomes normal, then drops again.
It's really a scary situation when people who have no seat belts on, they would be seriously injured. Things in the plane would be a mess. You can imagine la, when a plane drops, you're like a ball being rolled here and there. People who had this experience would call this a near to death experience (I worked in an airline before and dealt with a case like this).

I would always go to the washroom before I board and try not to leave my seat when I'm on the plane. Air pocket, it's unpredictable.

Listen to the pilot or air crews when they ask you to switch off your phone, electronic devices, when they ask you to upright your seats, when they teach you the safety stuffs, etc. There's always a reason behind these rules, so listen to them and do what they ask you to do. They are the professionals.

Still wanna unfasten your seat belt? Spread this to your loved ones.

Funny questions Malaysian asked me.

Ever since I came to Kuala Lumpur, and when the Malaysians know that I'm from Brunei, I will be asked some weird funny questions, like:

Most of them are curious about Wu Chun:
1. He born like this or did he have a plastic surgery?

2. Is he really rich or just want to make some news?

3. He's really married and has children?

4. Does he look good in person?

Other questions are like:

5. Does Bruneian allowed to eat pork?

6. Does Brunei have winter? (funniest ever)

7. Brunei's car is left or right side driver? (you know what I mean)

8. Bruneian can speak Chinese!!??

There are more funny one but I can't recall now. I kept telling them Brunei is quite similar to Malaysia but they still ask funny funny questions.

And Why I don't update much anymore?
Hmm...first I don't really bring my G12 camera out anymore because it's heavy. Now I mostly use it for my make up portfolio. My phone camera sucks. Nothing much to take also unless I'm meeting friends then I'll take picture with them.  I don't really bring my bag to parties, all I bring is IC and my phone. My phone sucks, so unless someone else use their phone to take picture.

So a post without pictures I think it wouldn't be that interesting. hehe. Well, but I try to update yea. Nothing much going on here. I just attend classes, hanging out with friends, shopping, chilling, singing, eating, travelling and sleep. Very relaxing life~~ :)

Looking forward to go Miri this Thursday and Kuching next week to attend weddings and meet my beloved friends~~ ^^ wohooo!

DK in KL

Dickson was clearing his leaves and he was in KL for few days. So I also became a tourist with him that few days.

Yeng mou?

The best sweet potato balls ever in Fung Lye restaurant.

We visited Ikea. Ikea here is awesomely big with variety nicely creatively designed furniture and stuffs which we only can see and cannot buy =.= boo! May be we can, with additional shipping fees to Brunei, but I didn't ask. nah...

My favorite season all time, the Christmas! Everywhere is decorated to boost the Christmas holiday feel.

We went to Sunway Lagoon! Ticket is quite expensive RM120 for so little rides.

World War Z is a zombie house. You walk all the way and zombie will jump out and scare you. This is the scariest "ride" for me among all. I hate being scared suddenly but just to accompany D. When the staff said it took 30-45 minutes, I was like :O and heart starts beating so crazily.
I hold D's arm so tight, I didn't even want to open my eyes, I looked on the floor all the way with squeezy eyes, kept telling myself they are all human and damn it, my hands were still sweating, heart beating fast and I almost cried, I didn't even care if his arm hurts. The happiest moment was when D said "Finish already." Ahhh~ relieved. Seriously, this kind of thing is not for me although I know they are fake but I'm still scared like what. One of the zombie saw I was scared and kept following and making annoying zombie sound. x.x

I rather ride the world longest roller coaster!

That big arse!

Vuvuzela was awesome! I'm a coward for dry thrills like roller coaster, giant drop etc. But a brave exciting lady when it comes to wet rides! I played this twice and wanna play more but we have to walk up the long stairs, lazy lah.

It's not even scary or that exciting as I expected. But still fun!

A magician approached us and did some amazing tricks. He drew a blue dot on my palm, asked me to close, then asked D to open his hand, and.....when the f*ck he touched D's hand and made a blue dot there!?
D said he also didn't feel the magician touched his palm or something. Amazing!

Decorations at Pavilion.

A drink and we chatted all night.

I wanna tell you that...Avicii concert was

AWESOME!

Will show you guys more pics soon. tata~

November Singapore Trip

I went to Singapore last week. If you ask me what's my biggest fear, I would say, taking a taxi. May be I have read too much scary news about Kuala Lumpur. Whenever I walk on a street, I'll hold my bag really tightly. If anything bad happens, I'll be just losing my stuffs and cash. But if it's taking a taxi, the driver can bring me to anywhere wa.

Most of the time if I'm taking a taxi, I am alone. I'll be so afraid that I'll send the taxi car plate number and details to my friend. Then I'll keep checking the GPS to see if I'm going to the right place. Sometimes they have different route to reach the place and it does freak me out every time.

Last week, when I took a taxi to the airport, it was 5.30am. I had to wake up at 4.30am, basically I didn't even sleep because I'm an owl. I sleep around 2am most of the time. Then I was so nervous, not sure if the driver will be late to pick me up or not, nervous about whether I'll arrive to airport safely or not. These things keep appearing in my mind although I wanted to sleep so much. In the end, I didn't even fall asleep for a minute. Steady lor!

Funny thing is, while in the taxi, I was too nervous and scared till I felt like vomiting so much, my hands cramp and my legs were shaking. I felt so awfully dizzy and I needed something super sour so much to wake myself up. I hope the next time I take a taxi I would be calmer....damn, tomorrow I'm gonna take a taxi to meet YeeLan. So many Brunei friends coming this month! Happy ^^

Boarding soon.

I met up my childhood friend in Singapore, Ming Hwei. Really glad that she brought me around and accompanied me. She brought me a new experience travelling in Sg, really appreciate that.

The famous Katong Laksa, with clam. One word: yummilicious
It doesn't taste like the laksa I ate in Brunei, it's different. Sorry to be bad in describing foods, it's just YUMMY.

It's really famous that a lot of superstar went there too. Their wall is full of the stars pictures like Lam Fung, even Sammi Cheng! Donnie yan too...a lot a lot.

Wu..can put lotsa thing in this big bag!

This month, lots of Brunei friends come to Kuala Lumpur to visit me (wahseh). And Next month, I'm gonna fly to few places, Miri, Kuching and Sg again! Excited yo!

Fat One Steamboat Buffet

Yes, I know I have not been blogging much ever since I came to KL because I don't really take picture here I'm not very sure why ^^ Been good here, had fun and tried lotsa foods. Make up course is a lil bit stressful because we aim to be professional right? So there's some kind of standard to achieve.

Recently I went to Fat One steamboat, quite a popular one here. They have a car driving around to sell the handy steamboat foods (which means u can steam it and eat on the spot), but didn't know that they have a restaurant. I was shocked to see the crazy choices of foods that include lots of seafoods, fruits, lots of fish products, vege, BBQ foods, desserts, etc. And it's quite crowded. The prices they charged depend on your height (that's new), 90cm is around RM8, 150cm is around RM16 and my height is RM32++. It's a buffet so it means unlimited foods! Eat all you can!

Cockles, different types of clams, crabs, prawns etc. Si beh syok to see so much seafoods. RM32++ yo! Why Brunei doesn't have!?

 The veges!

The fish products si beh fresh and bouncy. Very Q ah! I like the second one that looks like intestine, like thick fish mee. Sluurp!

I was the only one who eat the clam but I wasn't the one who order that =.="
Sorry for the disgusting looking intestine, I don't dare to eat that :'( It looks better when it's cooked.

The amount of sauces the couple consumed lol 夸张

 Unlimited ice creams!

They also have the bucket and icy one.
Si beh syok! I'm not an ice cream person but I'm kinda crave it a lot when I'm in KL.

The make up artists and manicurists.

Super bloated that night. Will update again, tata :)

Week in Photos

Ah~~ I finally found a wifi at my place. I should have ask around earlier.

I have nothing much in my room but cosmetics and snacks!

Some cosmetics are nice and cute.

Those lip glosses are cool stuffs. How cool!? How cool!!??

It has light and mirror. So you can touch up while you party in...da...club!

I'm getting a VERRRRYYYY cool palette from USA, I hope it reaches here safe and nice. It's my dream palette that doesn't ship internationally *thumbs down* and doesn't accept payment from foreign banks *BOO*. And my friend is getting it for me from New York!!! GUESS SAJA girls! If you know this brand you will gone insane~~~ or may be just me so crazy about this. haha anyway, I am only able to receive in December, I can't wait! Hope everything goes smooth *having high hope*

Snacks! And those unhealthy eggs, I know. I just want to try. Funny thing is, it writes there "no preservatives" then the expiry date is in 2014 =.="
The eggs are not bad, but it's a lil weird but I don't know what's so weird about it, but the taste is OK. It's a bit hard and the yolk is bigger.......urm, maybe you should try yourself.

Gonna fly like mad! I have 3 trips in Decemeber woot!

I'm loving this so muchie! Do most of you scrub your body, I wonder? Because I've been scrubbing mine since teenager I guess. I'll feel something's not right if I don't scrub regularly.
Of all the scrubs I used, I liked The Body Shop cranberry scrub at first because the smell is sweet and nice. And this, Soap & Glory sea salt scrub is my fav now! I'm addicted to the smell, the sea salt beachy smell, arghhh~ *melt*

This looks like something we girls need! I haven't try yet but read all the good reviews about it. Tell me if you're interested to know the result after I tried??
The packaging is cool because the texture is like furry matte? It doesn't feel smooth like typical box la.

A picture of me after class. It's smokey eyes, nude lips.
