Facebook

I don't have much work at office, and have been checking my FB every...1 minute. x.x

Everyone is using FB now! People now can't live without FB. We check FB few times in an hour by laptop, in the office, by smart phones, by tablet, etc.

What's so nice about FB that people keep checking it? For me...

It's a convenient means of communication beside Whatsapp.
You can create groups (red circle) and have discussions among the group.
You can share photos and videos, organize meetings easily.
I'm normally inactive in those groups, I only check them for updates.

Friends share funny and interesting posts sometimes.
I like funny posts, especially I'm moody or bored, they make me smile!

I like listening songs, sometimes friends post videos of people making a cover of a song, those talented people amaze me.

I like to share nice videos too. Or may be I just want to save the song, easy for me if I want to listen again.

I like sharing nice photos....of me ^^

And ofcourse I like to see nice photos of people too!
I like to see girls' photo, seldom see the guys tho.
Most of the guys are boring, they can't do sexy and attractive poses like the girls.

I like stalking people!
Nah, not really~~~

You can see a lot of Drawsome recently in your news feed!
It's a hit recently. A game that you need to guess your friends' drawings.
People post them because they can't guess lol
Some drawings are really shyte :D

I hate people posting disgusting things!
Although it's a way to increase awareness, but YUUCK!!!!

And I keep receiving games invitation.
I don't play FB games, I still don't understand what's so interesting.
The invitations don't really annoy me, but I don't wish to receive them =.="

Seriously, what else can you do beside checking Facebook when you are bored at work?
I have finish watching the hong kong dramas.
I have read all the blogs/news.
What else? ><

Save hard, Enjoy hard

I can't live without planner. My life will be miserable and mess up without a planner to record what I have done and remind me every little things. I'm forgetful, so I will either pen it down, or type reminders in my phone.

Nono, my point here is not actually about I'm forgetful.

I have a habit since I was a teenager studying in a secondary school, I started writing down my expenses.

I first wrote down the WHOLE FAMILY'S EXPENSES, especially my mom's groceries, because I was curious how much my mom spends for the family in a month.

Then I started to feel lazy because my mom always buys a lot in one-go! Since I was young and stupid, I was confusing with the quantity and prices.

After that I only note down my expenses. I sum it every month. And it became my habit until now.

I didn't have a phone, so I wrote them in a small book.

After few years when I was 20, I got a smart phone, I then download an application for recording the expenses.
It's pretty useful and convenient. It categorises everything, so u can read your expenses in different ways, "Monthly", "Daily", "By date", "By Categories", etc.
It's an Android App, I forgot the name as my phone is in "ICU" now.

So, while my Android phone is in "ICU", I record my expenses in my iPhone:

Then sum up in my planner because my planner has a page for this:

You can buy the expenses app in your iphone too.

Or you can do an excel like what I did before.

Some of you sometimes say "I dont know where I spend lo...I didn't buy much lo..."

By recording it, you will know and can manage your finance well.

Everyday you spend a little bit here and there, for lunch and petrol, you wont realise that you actually spend a lot for a month.

Another way to save money is not withdrawing all you salary from the bank. May be keep at least $150 a month in your bank.
In a year you can save $150 x 12 = $1800
After 5 years when you getting married, you will have $9000. Enough for a small wedding. lol

So save from young. Even you're not working, you can save from your allowance or part time jobs.

When I got a job after I graduate when I'm around 23, I hope I can save $250 a month.
A year I will have $3000.
And when I want to get marry at 29, I will have $18,000.

But you think I will use my money for wedding!? No way...Im gonna marry a financially stable man...hopefully ><

Shytes like "Play while young! Work hard, play hard!" True also...hmmm...

I know I will not be rich at the end of my life, because every dollars I save is for travelling every year! May be few times a year.

All people save for a reason right?

Work Hard,
Save Hard,
Play Hard,
Shopping Hard!

International women's and men's day

14th March, we got another table tennis tourney at Menglait. Chien told me that there is not man-man match, but only woman-woman or man-woman, because it will be Women's day. I thought it's women's day for that tourney, but she said it's International Women's Day. Then I, "Wow, there's such thing like that huh?"

Wiki:

International Women's Day
(IWD) is marked on March 8 every year. It is a major day of global celebration for the economic, political and social achievements of women. Wuuu~~~

So, I have to achieve something then. I have achieved to study in UBD ^^ and if I won any match in the table tennis tourney, I achieved 'winning'. If I lose, then I achieve 'courage'. ^^ 自我安慰。We may be going out to have dinner on 14th after the tourney to celebrate xD

There is International Men's day too.

Wiki:

International Men's Day (IMD) is an annual international event celebrated on November 19. Inaugurated in 1999 in Trinidad and Tobago, the day and its events find support from a variety of individuals and groups in Australia, the Caribbean, North America, Asia, Europe, Africa, and the United Nations. Speaking on behalf of UNESCO, Director of Women and Culture of Peace Ingeborg Breines said of IMD, “This is an excellent idea and would give some gender balance.” She added that UNESCO was looking forward to cooperating with IMD organizers.

The objectives of celebrating an International Men's Day include focusing on men's and boy's health, improving gender relations, promoting gender equality, and highlighting positive male role models. It is an occasion for men to highlight discrimination against them and to celebrate their achievements and contributions, in particular for their contributions to community, family, marriage, and child care.

Do you know that...

Lady Gaga doesn't sing well? Technologies, ultra sound, editing made the songs sound better.

I went to this association on Sat night. The MC wasn't that good, because people ignore him. Or I should say the guests weren't nice enough? =.= The MC kept syok sendiri wa...

KB chung hua kids have good future I guess. The dances and singing are taught by a China teacher.

Yay! Beach and BBQ again!

Went to Berakas beach BBQ with colleagues. I love BBQ...

The place is nice, tress are all around and you don't feel hot there. Place are clean, and sea is BIG.

I have talent

I have new banner, naming "Chloe" the movie. I know putting "Yaya" will suit. It's nick's work. I really impress the skill of the crews of "Chloe". they are talented. Everyone know how to photoshop, but they are talented.

Chris's

Jayd's

Nick's (This makes me think of insurance. It's nice as the background has our names)

I didnt get Chris's 'Sehat'-looked edited photo. There's one more Eric's work. Gonna put as my banner next time.

I want to learn these kind of designing too! To design myself nicely.

I was thinking of making DIY mask with a friend, but no action yet. I'm invited to beach partIES, this month a "beach" month?

I'm thinking, when I will sponsor a child? After studies and when I start working.

Love

This is from Wei Han :'( I watched this many times. Touch Touch Touch...deeep into my heart~ :'(

This is a True Story

A son says to his father: 'Dad, would you be willingly to run a marathon with me?'

The father, despite his age and a heart disease, says 'YES'.

And they run that marathon, together.

The son asks: 'Dad, can you run another marathon with me?'

Again father says 'YES'.

They run another marathon, together.

One day the son asks his father: ?Dad would please do the Iron Man with me?'

Now just in case you wouldn't know, 'The Iron Man' is the toughest triathlon in existence; 4km swimming, then 180 km by bike, and finally another 42 km running, in one stroke.

Again father says 'YES'

Maybe this doesn't 'touch' you yet by heart ... until you see this movie (put on sound!):
