Ladies night @ I-Lotus

It's sungkai again! 

We were deciding whether to dine at Twelve Cafe or I-Lotus because both are good and may be the menu quite similar? They both have seafood. I-Lotus has nearly 100 dishes but it's under tent, so no aircon. We ended up going to I-Lotus. 

I called quite many times, for more than 10 calls, to I-Lotus since 10am, and it kept engaging. I wanted to ask what's the menu for the night, but when I finally get to reach I-Lotus, I straight away book in case the girls choose to eat there but hard to reach again. 

It's really hot, we were lucky to sit beside the fan so it was ok. It was crowded and people were Q-ing up to get foods.

I don't really like curry puffs. Anything with curry I dislike. But I still eat.

This takoyaki tastes weird and bad. The Mall's still best.

Main courses: Rice, kue tiao, kailan, mixed vege, billing, tofu, sweet and sour fish, prawn, curry chicken, stew beef.

I like crabs, but they are too spicy. Remember to request for the not spicy one if you can't take spicy.

There was a chef who kept talking to us. We thought he likes my friend, Chien, the one wearing black and red checkers. He even asked if we are Korean, but we said we are Japanese. Then we all started to speak Japanese lol The chef was really action, even danced in front us. 

Raya is coming and my holiday is until Friday! So what! Assignments are q-ing up for me to finish them.

 Eat all we can, pasta and pizzas!

How can I not eat carbonara when it comes to pasta? It's a must.

Seafood pizza and tropical feast, not bad!

There were more pastas of course, but I was too excited to eat them so forgot to take the pics, after that I felt bored because all the pastas look similar. 

Sometimes I look photogenic with my camera, but not my phone, vice versa. Today I look weird with my cam, so not photogenic. Then I took out my phone wanna Instagram, then wuuu...I look OK in the insta. ^^

Enjoying the final year

 I hate to say that I'm busy with uni recently, because I dislike reading others' blog and they start off with "Sorry for not updating, because I'm busy with uni~~" as I hope they can update often so I have something to read. But this is fact, kinda busy in the final year. I have assignments to submit everyday.

Don't think I am able to do inflexible part time like waitress at the opening-soon restaurant. I'm still able to do flexible one to release my study stress.

I'm packed from Monday to Saturday.

I'm too daring to join the Japanese Proficiency Test in December and the cert is world wide recognised.

Not something that I would do but I want to try, also to increase the chance for me to go Japan since I wasn't chosen last year :'(

Sungkai at Cheezebox

It was full and crowded. The foods kept running out and needed to wait for refill for few times. There are a lot of choices of foods, delicious but it's too noisy. It was too crowded that I forgot to take pictures of the main courses because not quite convenient. Or I don't have the chance to take nice pictures of them because the foods were running out. I love their broccoli creamy soup!

My week in photos

Been hanging out with the girls lately, and can even chat until 3am. We had not meet for 7 months, some went abroad for student exchange and some internship. And now we meet each other everyday :)

Met Wu Chun at Fitness Zone.

Suppose I had a voucher from HSBC Walk Run Cycle, who knows it's already expired last month and it was not stated in the voucher. Ended up paying $10 (student price) since we were there already. And our special promotion is to meet Wu Chun lol

My friend joked that "Who knows we can meet Wu Chun." Then when we reached fitness zone, Wu Chun was really in front of us talking to the contractor. And we still can change our shoes slowly in the car, discussing whether it was really Wu Chun.

My friend then approached Wu Chun and asked for picture with him, and this teruk girl asked him "Can you wait for me because I want to change clothes." =.=" He may not be a super star in Brunei, but he is a super super star in China and Taiwan or other countries. Other fans don't even have the chance to talk to him face to face, but she asked whether Wu Chun can wait for her a while. 好花不常开，好景不常在。

If you wonder what Wu Chun replied her, he replied "You can come back tomorrow." So she ended up taking picture with him before she changed clothes.

It's really nice. I like Mango and Creme cookies. Not sure about others because I haven't try yet. It's bit expensive. 3 for $5.60, equivalent to a meal. 

Went swimming at JPMC. Bit ugly here...but...nah...

Semester starts, it's very challenging, in another word, stress! But we must go through these to get a degree.
Doing part time can release the stress. Yes, it's also bit stress with my part time now, because I'm doing sales. I'm looking for more part time, so you can contact me if you need me ^^

Ew, sharing foods with cockroach?

This was during a dinner on Sunday. I complain and may be ask for a change of drink/food whenever I see such thing, May be an ant is OK for me depends on my mood, but that insect has antenna and it's just kinda disgusting. 

The worst experience was dining at Big Papa one day, a dead cockroach was on my rice. After that I never want to go Big Papa again and will tell the same story when someone wants to go there. Moreover, the staffs didn't apologize too. Then I realized a lot of my friends complain about their hygiene too.

I cannot accept it when I see chicken bones or whatever bones in my foods. I would think it must be eaten by another customer and the chef was trying to serve the left overs to the next customer without realise he has also included the eaten bone, as they don't wanna waste it. urgh...

Anyway, hygiene is very important everywhere, especially restaurants. Customers are not willing to suffer from food poisoning after dining in your restaurant. It's just like paying the restaurant to get food poison, how stupid.
