what IT you wanna learn? tell you what, all institution in brunei are useless, they only teach theory, practical are always learn by your own and explore more by yourself. i suggest you to learn online rather than you throw your money out.
i could be your guidance i hope ;p, as i'm kind of a curious kid before, send my previous pc to workshop for 6x+ LOL. so do nudge me if there's any question. IT has alot of subcategories. You wanna learn IT in : Hardware? Programming software? Computer parts? Hmm..
